The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax. There are exceptions, for example the boat hire in Castro Marina. Here you pay gas after your day on the sea, so depending on how much you used.

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. Just show your reservation to the tour guide or activity organizer.
We ask a deposit to secure your reservation and it shows us you have the intend to actually do the activity. It is usually only between 10 and 20 percent of the total price.
You must call or e-mail us 5 days ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. Within 5 days you will pay only the deposit. There are no refunds if you decide not to show up.
Tours or activities might be cancelled by us due to weather conditions or other problems that are out of our hands. In that case, you will get a full refund.
Yes, of course we’d be happy to organize a full holiday including transport, hotels/B&B’s and activities for you. Let us know how we can help you by contacting us.
When you are placing a reservation, you are placing a request. We are then contacting the local organization to comfirm your booking. We usually do that within 1 to 2 days. After that, you will be send an e-mail with the invoice for the deposit. When you have paid that, your booking is comfirmed and you will receive information about where to go, what to bring, etc. The rest of the payment is to be done on site.
This depends on the situation. A boat ride usually will be cancelled when the waves are too heavy or when it is raining. A walking tour through a city is of course no problem with a little bit of rain. When your trip is cancelled due to bad weather, we will refund your deposit.
